Colleen Mahnke has worked in nursing for 32 years, providing her with extensive patient care experience in a variety of clinical settings. Since 1991 she has specialized in various aspects of allergy nursing, including pediatric allergy and asthma, treatment of ear, nose, throat and sinus disorders, as well as patient education. She is currently licensed in the states of Idaho and Washington, and has worked in Illinois and Kentucky in nursing. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree and Associate of Applied Science from Western Kentucky University. She has certification in adult CPR (Inland Northwest Chapter).
