Saline Betadine Irrigations
One gallon distilled water with 2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda. Use a bulb syringe or Waterpik.
Use 1 cup solution to each nostril. Add 8 drops Betadine® Solution to each cup.
May cause dryness.
WARNING--DO NOT USE IF ALLERGIC TO BETADINE.
